Compassion is not a relationship between the healer and the wounded. It's a relationship between equals. Only when we know our own darkness well can we be present with the darkness of others. Compassion becomes real when we recognize our shared humanity. -Pema Chodron
Welcome! And thank you for being here.
I guide individuals in reconnecting with their authentic selves and addressing their needs through guided meditation, EMDR, relational counseling, existential and intuitive coaching, and art therapy.
I believe a mentor should always be a student and a counselor a client. I use my own experiences of heartache, trauma, and healing to more deeply understand and to inform my work. My practice is equity and social justice minded. I strive for awareness, compassion, and humility. I practice what I preach.
Our darkest moments and greatest challenges can lead to the most powerful transformations. Whatever brings you—whether it be past trauma, anxiety, existential concerns, or just feeling blocked—I will work with you to uncover and challenge unhelpful belief systems, shift perspectives, and create new habits that better serve you in creating the life you want.
